LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL

WITH PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTORS

EL1 is an advocate of Little League Baseball and is dedicated to enhancing the good they do in the community. Our professional instructors run training programs that meet the players where they are in age and ability to build on their skills and baseball IQ. During any training program offered, whether 4 weeks or 12 weeks, pre-season, in-season, or All-Stars, EL1 makes it a priority to also support coaches with skills and resources that amplify their impact on the athletes.

COACHES CLINICS

INDIVIDUALS, TEAMS & LEAGUES

For all little leagues that join EL1 programming, their coaches can benefit from engaging and hands-on clinics that are run by professional instructors. With access to invaluable resources and information, coaches will increase their ability to create more dynamic practices, teach foundational skills to players, and improve understanding of situational baseball,

In addition to clinics, team coaches are encouraged to participate in their little league’s training program. During player instruction, they assist the instructors, ask questions, take notes, and build relationships with the players. No matter what the background of a coach is, EL1 is willing to provide any help needed to enhance and empower these our next generation.

PRE-SEASON TRAINING

EL1’s little league programming is centered around the improvement of all skills – to prepare athletes for the season. Players will be challenged each day with information, drills, and friendly competitions with the goal of developing well-rounded athletes. Our professional instructors focus on skill-building (hitting, base-running, infield, outfield, pitching, catching) as well as baseball situations, teaching all content in a diverse environment that fosters community, collaboration, and improvement for all players.

IN-SEASON TRAINING

Little league teams can train with EL1 instructors during the season, giving valuable opportunities to learn from their recent game experiences. EL1’s staff works with coaches to identify key areas in their play that indicate an opportunity for skill improvement or understanding of game situations – allowing instructors to develop custom-tailored practice plans to teach and support the needs of players and coaches.

When the regular season has completed, EL1 instructors also offer programming for All-Star teams to promote ongoing development off-season.
